Bachelor In Business Administration (BBA) is a 4-year, 8-semester, 120-credit program structured and built to produce middle-level managers/business leaders. Equally competitive with the existent courses within the national curricula at universities here in Nepal, this LUC business degree offered by NBC is an international degree, which adheres to a global standard of curriculum to garner international recognition while it still embraces local business/managerial values. The college believes this transnational fusion embodies in the program produces human resources that not only cater to the need of both the domestic and global markets but also thrive individually and professionally. It prepares graduates for a wide range of managerial positions in business and non-profit organizations with special emphasis on crucial areas of specialization to meet the market need.
The BBA students acquire fundamental as well as practical professional skills in all phases of business including decision-making and problem solving capacities. The program includes instruction in major/minor subjects/modules such as management theory, human-resource management, financial accounting and other qualitative methods, retail management, entrepreneurship, marketing and E-Commerce. Students will study from 12 different fields ranging from Management to Corporative Reports and from Accounting to Quantitative Analysis.
